20 brussel sprouts
2 tbl olive oil or melted butter
3 tbl curried beer mustard
1 tbl onion powder
Clean Brussels by taking the butter layer of leaves of and cut the bottom stem off
Place Brussels sprouts into a saucepan filled with lightly salted water.
Pre-heat oven to 500 degree F
Boil over medium high heat until Brussels sprouts are just tender, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
Let drain and then place on sheet tray with foil.
Use a glass with a flat bottom and smash Brussels onto tray until flat
Mix butter or oil, mustard, and onion powder in a large bowl until combined.
Pour sauce over Brussels and coat.
Broil Brussels until desired crispness and enjoy!
