Updated: Oct 6, 2022

Ingredients:
- 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups of crushed pretzels of your choice
- 1/4 cup of curried beer mustard ( you will need more for dipping later!)
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (you can use red wine too if you need!)
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Two shallow bowls
- 1 baking rack
- Sheet pan
Directions:
Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees
Take your pretzel of choice and crush them either by hang in a bag with a mallet or in a food processor or blender
Place the crushed pretzels in one of the shallow bowls
In the other shallow bowl take the mustard, vinegar, water and salt and mix until combined
Season your chicken with salt and pepper then dip each breast into the mustard mixture and then directly into the pretzel mixture
Make sure each breast is full coated with pretzels and transfer to baking rack over a sheet pan.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 until all of the chicken is ready to be put in the oven
Place chicken in oven for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees!
Once fully cooked serve chicken with more curried beer mustard and enjoy!
